- correspondence can be in Danish (bride and groom understand Danish)
- 1 or 2 waiters who are comfortable with English (as we will mostly have international guests) for serving the food and drinks, also at the reception after the wedding/before the dinner (~14:00-16:00)
- preferably a buffet (~18:00-21:00), but if possible with the starter served and service at the meat/fish dishes. Ecological products preferred (for meat, fish, vegetarian).
- possibility of including fitting wine or wine menu
- pre-prepared natmad (no service required)
- both the reception and dinner will be at an estate, accessible all day, with two separate kitchen facilities available for preparation on site, including cooling and storage
