Udlandsflytning fra Aarhus C til Reykjavik(Island)

Dear Madam/Sir,

I would kindly request a quote for moving part of my apartment from Skt Nicolaus gade 3,2.9 Aarhus, Denmark to Reykjavik, Iceland. I do not have an address in Reykjavik yet (please see below).

I would like very much to move my stuff out the 17th of April. I can be flexible, but I strongly wish the moving to take place in this date. It is tough mandatory for me that the apartment must be vacated at the latest by the 17th of April.

Here you will find a list of the items I am planning to move.
I cannot be more precise since about how many boxes I have since, I have not packed everything yet. That is my best estimation if I will be using the boxes I already have. However, I am not sure how you would suggest that everything should be packed correctly.

There are mainly books in circa half of the boxes, which I have already packet in transparent hard plastic boxes of the size of 50x39x41 cm and a few 70x39x41, with lighter items. If they have to be packet in different kind of boxes, so the number will change.

The Big and the Small bookcase, which I mentioned below, can be disassembled and fit in a very smaller volume. In my rough estimation the two bookcases would fit in a volume that amount to around 0.2 m3.
It is the same for the desk and the kitchen table.

Regarding the packing I would like to ask a quote for the packing of the furniture and the fragile items, including the electric devices and the computer.
I would also like to know whether you will also take care of all the necessary paperwork for the transport, insurance and the customs.

In Reykjavik I do not have yet my own apartment, therefore I am planning to store everything in a storage unit. I do not have the address yet, since I will contact the storage company once I have a quote and a more precise plan for the arrival of my stuff. In case you can arrange a storage service in Reykjavik I would like to receive a separate quote for that as well.
